To clean up the rest of the eco slurry use wet dish towel to clean easily. Using our eco slurry, no need any other heating equipment, steam equipment, washing equipment, dehydration equipment, heating and pressure dyeing tank anymore, and don’t have quantity request for dyeing. Use Traditional dyeing process
1. Prepare a tank of water then add the dye slurry to the water and soak the fabric into it.
2. Increase the temperature of water to 130C, then mix it well one hour.
3. And then dehydration it。
4. The first water tank with dye after mix it, will through away cause the water pollution to environment or through it to water filtering recycle system.
5. after dehydration it, use the soap to wash the fabric again, then dehydration again
6. The second water tank also dehydration, and cause the water pollution to environment or through it to water filtering recycle system.
7. then go thought the drying process though the heating tunnel or heat press machine

Using our Green product Eco Slurry process.
1. Using our green product add dye to mix together, then soak or print the ink on the fabrics. (The rest of the used liquid can be recycling use for next time.)
2. Then dehydration the fabric.
3. Then go thought the drying process though the heating tunnel or heat press machine in 180-200C to fastness the color.
No need to washing in cold and hot water any more, no color fades. Even use bleaching water to wash still not fade.
