How to use?
1. Settle the press machine on a firm and sturdy work area.
2. Plug on the power and turn on machine. The heat indicating lights will show up.
3. Use shaft to open heating board. (Earth line is inquired)
4. Set the desirable time on the right panel. Pull down shaft and press “SET” once and use ▲ or ▼to control transfer time. Use the pressure knob to adjust the pressure.
5. Set up desirable pressure on the left panel using ▲ or ▼to increase or decrease temperature settings. Temperature settings depend to different material. Pre-heating to 180℃ normally takes about 10 min.
6. Put the object such as cloth, ceramic tile, metal board, etc. on the worktable. And put the image on it.
7. When the temperature reaches to the setting point, the machine will keep constant temperature. Push down the shaft till fixing heating board on object and the time begin to count down.
8. When the time reaches to the set point, the beeper will sound up. Pull up the shaft to the start position.
9. Take out the transfer paper from the object immediately and done.
10. Some reference time and temperature for baking different object as below:
n Metal board: 170-200℃, 20-40s
n Porcelain board: 200-220℃, 120-150s
n Fabric: 120-140℃, 5-10s
Notice:
1. The press should remain in the unclamped position when not in use.
2. Do not leave the heater block closed on the table surface when hot if not using.
3. This machine cannot bake empty or it will cause damage to heatmat and get fire easily.
The usage of digital clock:
1. Press ▲ or ▼to increase or decrease temperature settings in general. The number will twinkle and setting is done.
2. Error set: press “SET” till display “Y”. Press ▲ or ▼to set the error number. The back 3 number is the error number. It could keep automatically about 3 seconds.
3. Adjust sensor error: press “SET” till display “C”. Press ▲ or ▼to set number. It could keep automatically about 3 seconds.
4. Alert set: press “SET” till display “R”. Press ▲ or ▼to set the alert number. It could keep automatically about 3 seconds.
