Traditional printing and dyeing factory use the tunnel heating machine, waste a lot of energy and occupied big space and temperature always can’t reach the standard temp requested. So even you set the temperature in 200C,still the real temperature will not reach 150C, so when request the good color fastness always can’t pass. Our new invention machine have total solution to solve this problem, using Labyrinth drying method, only need small space and its completely sealed oven, very average temperature, very high speed heating 30M per minutes.
Can use with Rotary screen and flat screen printing machine. And if to use as dyeing machine with our Eco Dyeing Liquid, it’s can save lot of time and liquid, and speed up the process completely no pollution to environment.
